2. Website Design Services

- Full Payment: Customers are required to pay the full amount before we begin working on the website.
- Design Phase: If you are not satisfied with the design concepts provided, you may request a revision. We offer up to three free revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project after the design phase has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. In case of a disagreement, only 50% of the remaining balance is refundable to cover labor costs.

3. SEO Optimization and Digital Marketing Services

- Monthly Retainer: SEO optimization and digital marketing services are billed on a monthly retainer basis. Payments are due at the beginning of each month.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or mail). Refunds will not be issued for partial months.
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the results of our SEO or digital marketing services, please contact us within 30 days to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address the issues and find a satisfactory resolution. In case of a disagreement, only 50% of the remaining balance is refundable to cover labor costs.

4. E-Commerce Solutions

- Project Milestones: E-commerce projects are billed based on project milestones. Payments are due upon completion of each milestone.
- Cancellation: If you cancel the project before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. In case of a disagreement, only 50% of the remaining balance is refundable to cover labor costs.
- Revisions and Adjustments: We offer up to two free revisions for each project milestone. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Exceptions

- Client Responsibilities: Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to provide necessary information, materials, or feedback in a timely manner, resulting in project delays or cancellations.
